Instructor Development Program

Join the Instructor-Development Program to acquire innovative instruction techniques from a community of dedicated authorized ASCM instructors. The techniques are designed to enhance your instructional skills and help your learners pass exams and attain certification.

How do I apply to the ASCM Instructor Development Program?

  1. Be an active ASCM member
  2. Maintain a current ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CTSC) 
  3. Complete the ASCM Instructor Training Course for the credential you are seeking, such as Train the Trainer or Learning Dynamics for Instructors. ASCM may recognize an equivalent course on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Complete the IDP Instructor Application.

Include the following documents with your application:

  • Professional recommendation letter
  • ASCM Partner Endorsement
  • Current resume or curriculum vitae
  • Additional information that you wish to provide to support your application (training materials that you developed, teaching certificates, articles or ASCM course certificates of attendance)
